Q1:Do credits expire?
Purchased credit packs never expire. Subscription credits reset at the end of each billing period; unused ones are not carried over.
Q2:What's the difference between subscription and credit packs?
Monthly subscription costs $20/month and gives you 3000 credits (~60 uses), ideal for frequent users. Credit packs are one-time purchases, perfect for occasional use.
Q3:Can I purchase both subscription and credit packs?
Yes. Subscription credits are used first and reset every billing period, while purchased credit packs never expire and accumulate in your balance.
Q4:How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime from the Settings page. The subscription stops at the end of the current billing period; remaining subscription credits expire then, while purchased credits stay in your account.
Q5:What payment methods are supported?
We use Stripe to process payments, supporting credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more.
Q6:Can I get a refund?
Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased. Subscriptions can be canceled anytime, but we don't refund the current month's fee.
