Q1:Do credits expire?
Purchased credit packs never expire. Subscription credits refresh monthly.
Q2:What's the difference between subscription and credit packs?
Monthly subscription costs $20/month and gives you 3000 credits (~60 uses), ideal for frequent users. Credit packs are one-time purchases, perfect for occasional use.
Q3:Can I purchase both subscription and credit packs?
Yes. Subscription credits refresh monthly, while purchased credit packs accumulate in your account balance.
Q4:How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime from the Settings page. The subscription will stop at the end of the current billing period, and remaining credits will still be available.
Q5:What payment methods are supported?
We use Stripe to process payments, supporting credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more.
Q6:Can I get a refund?
Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased. Subscriptions can be canceled anytime, but we don't refund the current month's fee.
