7. Privacy & Data Handling

Automatic Deletion

• Uploaded images are automatically deleted within 24 hours
• Processed results are stored only while you maintain an active account
• You can request immediate deletion of your content at any time

No Third-Party Sharing

• We do not sell, share, or distribute your images to third parties
• Your facial data is never used for training AI models without explicit consent

Billing

• All fees are processed through Stripe
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
• Credits are non-refundable once purchased

Refunds

• Subscription refunds available within 7 days of purchase
• Credit purchases are final and non-refundable

9. Termination

• You may cancel your account at any time
• Unused credits expire upon account closure
