SERVICE TERMS
Service Delivery
Upon successful payment, credits are immediately added to your account and available for use.
Digital Service Nature
PureRender is a cloud-based AI image processing service. All operations are performed online and results are delivered digitally.
Credit System
Credits are consumed per operation. Face swap operations cost 50 credits each. Credits do not expire for active accounts.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Digital Content Policy
Due to the nature of digital services and immediate credit delivery, refunds are generally not available after payment is completed.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused credits.

Data Retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request account deletion and data removal at any time by contacting us.
Data Storage Location
Your data is stored on Supabase servers located in the Asia-Pacific region (ap-northeast-1, Tokyo). Payment information is processed by Stripe in accordance with PCI DSS standards and is not stored on our servers.
Third-Party Data Processors
We use Stripe (https://stripe.com/privacy) for payment processing and Supabase (https://supabase.com/privacy) for data storage and authentication. Your data is processed according to their respective privacy policies and our Data Processing Agreements with these providers.
